Wabi Cafe - Mixing Matcha is great for everyday use in lattes, smoothies and baked goods.

Harvested during Summer, Cafe grade consists of 2nd pick leaves which provide a softer green colour and a slightly bitter rather than sweet taste when comparing to first pick, ceremonial grade.

Ideal for use where the matcha is being used to blend or complement the other ingredients being used.

Made-to-Order

Orders made under our B-2-B solution, take approximately 10 working days to arrive. Upon receiving your order, the request is made to the plant in Japan to process the leaves into beautiful fine matcha. Once ready, your order is then airfreighted to its destination.
