Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner includes 3 meals per day for the selected number of days.  Meals are made  FRESH  throughout the week & Nutrition Information  use by dates are on the label of each meal. All lunch & dinner meals are MADE WITHOUT GLUTEN

flavour of cookie dough! (Ingredients: Rolled oats, cacao nibs, pitted dates, chia seeds, Pure Coco vegan vanilla collagen)

FOCUS  overnight oat mix is filled with antioxidants, fibre
and good fats, the perfect combo for healthy brain function
and focus. (Ingredients: Rolled oats, cashews, almonds, walnuts, cacao powder, pitted dates, chia seeds, and Two Islands salted caramel pea protein)

BALANCE  Oats are made with exactly that in mind! The perfect combo that the whole family can enjoy, keeping you satisfied and full all morning! (Ingredients: Rolled oats, freeze dried raspberries, chia seeds, currants, and Two Islands vanilla pea protein)

Lunches & Dinners - delicious meals from our rotating menu above. 

Small meals - between 400-500   cals

Medium meals - between 500-600 cals

Large meals - between 600-700 cals
