Every product in our Legacy range is handmade using the highest grade of recycled iron and can be used on all cooking surfaces—from induction cooktop to roaring campfire.

All four pans will arrive from the foundry unseasoned. This allows you to make your pan your own right from the beginning. But don't worry, it's not hard. Seasoning is just a fancy way of saying  wash, oil and heat your pan before use. If that sounds hard, your pan also comes with a simple step by step guide.

Seasoning oil is a personal choice. You can use your favourite high smoke point, or grab some of our Homemade Conditioning Balm.
