Laundry Basket

This generously sized laundry basket is woven in a more rustic method. with strong sisal handle.

Made in Morocco using traditional methods, by farmers in the Atlas Mountains. They weave strips from fallen palm fronds, which are then sewn together in ‘rounds’ (the more rounds, the larger the bag). Each one, which takes up to eight hours to make, depending on the size, is unique – no two are quite the same.

Lightweight and strong, this large basket is ideal for the family wash. Perfect in the home or by the pool.
