Matcha Chasen Long Handle Whisk

Feel zen and complete your matcha whisking the traditional way with our 40 prong bamboo chasen. This perfectly fits in smaller mugs/bowls and used to create 'thick' (koi-cha) tea. Also comes with a bamboo rest for your chasen.

We recommend to make thick tea:
- 4g of matcha (2 tsp)
- 30 ml of hot water
- Mix matcha by slowly whisking in a zig zag motion.

Soak your chasen in warm water before use to soften the bamboo, this will lessen the chance of breakage.
