Proper Use:
Our 5kg plates are made slightly smaller than the heavier plates. The 5kg plates are not designed to be dropped when doing strength training above the hip, unless they are combined with heavier weight such as 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg. Dropping the 5kg plates above the hip may cause cracking and/or breaking. Failure to use under these guidelines will void the product warranty.
