Our 'Oceans North' branded V-Cut salmon range is a cost effective way to enjoy freshwater salmon from New Zealand's own waters. The unique balance of fats in Freshwater King Salmon lends itself well to freezing without impacting on taste or texture.

V-Cut is the process where the pinbones (a set of small bones found behind the ribs of the fish) are cut from the fillets length along its lateral line from the thickest front portion of the fish toward the tail.
