Yeast
This yeast is an epic specialty baking ingredient that makes lovely texture as well as giving some serious oomph to your bread. Carefully grown and specially dried to maintain high fermenting power. The yeast granules become active when water, heat, and flour or sugar are added. Once activated, the yeast then produces carbon dioxide gas which causes bread dough to rise.

Keto recipes using this Keto Ingredient: loads of breads, bread rolls, bagels, naan breads. There are two stages to the rising. 1st proving the bread dough and 2nd in the oven during baking.
For the best results: Prove the dough in a warm environment like an oven preheated to 50C then turned off (great for mixes containing Keto Bread Flour) or a microwave with a mug of boiling steamy water (good for bread mixes containing gluten, not great for mixes using the Keto Bread Flour). Hint when making bread is to avoid moving your proved dough through massive temperature changes. If you place a proven dough into a cold environment, it will collapse.
