Our mission, that we chose to accept, was to pack as many low carb vegetables as possible into a Keto Cuppa Soup mix and made it
• Nutritious by adding Toasted Nutritional Yeast
• Extra Tasty with real Cream and Bacon. 

No unnecessary ingredients and plenty of taste.

The single serve soups come in a handy carry container that's washable, re-useable for anything else your heart desires and also recyclable. We'd like to encourage re-using it over and over again. 

Ingredients:  Dehydrated vegetables (Cabbage, Broccoli, Mushroom, Zucchini, Spinach, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Celery, Capsicum, Radish, Tomato, Onion, Parsley, Chives), Cream (made from Milk), Toasted Nutritional (Inactive) Yeast, Bacon.

Macros  per 100ml when made up:  Energy 187kJ, Protein 1.3g, Fat 3.7g, Carbs 1.8g, Sugars 0.2g Sodium 51mg

How to use:  Get your 5 essential vegetables each day, simply by tipping the contents of the container into a mug and add 200ml boiled water. You can also boost any slow cooker dish, or anything that's going into the oven to be baked. As any parent will tell you, it's about smuggling veges in any which way that you can.
