Huia Tea Towel

In order to give a future to our grandchildren,we must learn from the past. The story of the Huia, now extinct from the over-hunting of its prized tail feathers and loss of habitat due to deforestation, teaches us to protect and preserve what we have. “Only when the last tree has been cut down, Only when the last river has been poisoned, Only when the last fish has been caught, Only then will you find that money cannot be eaten.”

Made from a cotton-linen blend – size 50 x 70cm.
Tea towels come packaged with a kraft band that features the design story as well as care instructions.
