ITagree Managed Firewall Agreement Pack (for Ingram Micro resellers)(monthly)

The ITagree Managed Firewall Agreement Pack has been designed for use by Ingram Micro resellers when reselling Ingram Micro's Managed Firewall Service and includes:

- Agreements for resellers to use with customers for onboarding assessments and the ongoing managed firewall service, including:

- Statement of Work – Onboarding evaluation
- Statement of Work – Managed Firewall Service
- Professional Services Terms and Conditions
- Up to two additional related agreement documents depending on your requirements. 

The specific agreements to be provided to you will be determined in an Agreement Selection Session which you will be invited to book on placing your order.  The agreements are provided within 24 hours after the Agreement Selection Session. 

Agreements are provided on the basis of you (the reseller) setting up the agreements for your own use using the guidance within the agreements and our support as described below. 

Use with all your Ingram Micro managed firewall service customers.

- Agreement setup sessions with Q&A time (and access to recordings).

- access to recorded tutorials, for agreement setup and other guidance.

- Members-only forum for ongoing guidance from ITagree on any questions and issues related to the agreements in this pack.  

- Six monthly reviews, 1-1 discussion

- Agreement updates (as and when released)

This subscription is USD 197 monthly and there is a 12 month minimum term. On expiry of the initial 12 month term, the service auto-renews at USD $197/month. ITagree's terms and conditions apply.
