Feijoa Gin Jam

Our delicious Feijoa gin jam has been made in our Distiller's kitchen, using the feijoa that are saved after maceration in our spirit.

In line with our ethos of sustainability we try and use every part of our process.

We love this jelly on a cheese platter, crepes - or straight out of the jar ( like we did!)
