Damson Plum Limited edition Black label 21.7% ABV

We have just released our Damson Plum. Only 60 bottles so a lucky few can experience a different type of libation that we like to experiment with. A lower ABV  - but still utilising our key botanicals and island honey with New Zealand grown Damson plums, have resulted in a beautiful naturally deep red hue. Marzipan and Almond on the nose with a slightly sweet palate. There is a touch of sugar in here too to balance out the tartness. 

There are around half a kilo of plums macerated for each bottle. All plums were hand selected and then double strained after maceration. A real labour of love.

Perfect on the rocks.

We also recommend it in a Cosmonaut.

60 ml Plum Liqueur /30mL fresh lime juice /bar spoon of jam Shake with ice and strain into glass.
