25l Lite

A backpack weighs 220g and is designed to carry around 6-9 kg, it has the same comfortable straps as a 55l.

Made in Te Anau with laminates from Dimension Polyant and Challenge Outdoors. As far as possible components are sourced in New Zealand.

Dimensions are: 25cm x 18cm x 57cm = 25l to the top of an open bag, excluding pockets.

I am making these out of XPac VX21 Cire for the front panel (against your back) and base and Liteskin LS07 for the body of the pack.

Straps are grey HDPE Gridstop with loose bottle pockets  as an add on for anything from a phone to a 750ml drink bottle.

Lycra pocket on the base of the pack for snacks.

Side release buckle closure on the rolltop.

Sternum strap and 25mm webbing waist belt supplied but not recommended.

These are very durable for their weight, capable of a big load with 8cm wide shoulder straps.
