Despite requiring a little more advanced installation than the cigarette lighter power adapter, hardwiring is a neater way to install your dash cam: not only it frees up your cigarette lighter power outlet but it also unlocks the Low-Voltage Protection of your BlackVue X Series' Parking Recording!
