Want to add GPS location and speed logging to your BlackVue DR590W or DR590 series dash cam? Simply plug in this BlackVue GPS Receiver (G-1E) and have proof of your vehicle's speed and location at all times. This GPS antenna works with your DR590W-1CH/DR590W-2CH or any other compatible BlackVue dash cam.
Speed: speed data in Km/h or M/h will be overlaid in the video (can be turned off in the dashcamâs settings).
Location: you can visualize the location of your vehicle in the BlackVue Smartphone App or the BlackVue Viewer software during video playback.
Date & Time: your dash cam will synchronize date and time automatically using the GPS protocols. Just set up the New Zealand Time Zone ( 12) and current Daylight Savings status in the dash cam's settings and you're all set! Specs

Since this device is plug-and-play, the installation is pretty straightforward: just plug the jack into the GPS socket of your dash cam (make sure it's all the way into the socket at it may be a little tight) and mount the receiver part onto your vehicle's windscreen. The excess of cable can be tucked under the headliner or one of the panels.
