Winn Ceramics x Culcha Butter Bells

These French-style butter bells have been made by Ōhinehou Lyttelton-based potter, Coralie Winn of @Winnceramics. There are two kinds: matte white speckle and sea green. Both are made using clays. (Please note that each butter bell will vary slightly in size and speckle/glaze design due to it being individually handcrafted.)
Coralie is based in a small studio at Ata Ceramics (@ataceramics) on London Street in Lyttelton where she makes her ceramics and teaches wheel-throwing.
Coralie makes functional ware for daily use such as bowls of all sizes, cups, plates, vases and more. She enjoys making unique, beautiful objects with their own life and story that will find uses in people's homes and bring them pleasure. She is passionate about encouraging people to embrace locally-made ceramics and support local ceramicists over mass-produced imports. She hopes that more people will ultimately choose to buy fewer things but with intention; valuing them more highly because of the story they tell.
