Co.OfWomen founder Tara will initially lead these sessions that will focus on delivering skills, tools and thinking specific to the role of Leader. 

Goal of the programme:

Co.OfWomen's mission is to equip women to achieve the fulness of their success - in any area that makes sense for women so more women rise confidently to positions of influence.

This programme ensures women are buoyant and confident in the role of Leader and that we have the energy to live life in its fullness, so burnout is never an option. Sessions will focus on the habits and skills that will be of most practical use with this in mind.
