Gluten free sandwiches anyone?! You heard me. Gluten free FRESH sandwiches! No more toasting your bread to make it edible! 

On top of being completely Coeliac New Zealand Accredited, our Wholesome Bread Mix is also vegan, dairy, soy, nut and egg free and you can easily alter the recipe ever so slightly to be refined sugar free too.

One 10kg bag of Wholesome Mix will make 20 large loaves. With this bulk buy not only are you halving the price of a usual loaf, but you have the freedom to get really get creative and make some cookies, scrolls, scones, pizza bases. the options are endless! We expect a 10kg bag usually lasts one person 3 months or so depending on how much you love eating bread and how often you bake like a boss in the treat department!

Storage Instructions -  Once opened, this product can be stored in the original packaging in a cool and dry place. Can be transferred into an air tight container and stored until best before date. Ingredients
