Created for easy baking in either the conventional oven or the bread maker you will have fresh gluten free bread in under two hours. On top of being completely Coeliac accredited, our Gluten free Rustic White Bread Mix is also dairy, soy, nut, vegan, potato free and has egg free option. Make refined sugar free with the use of honey or maple syrup.

One 5kg bag of the Rustic White Mix will make 10 large loaves or you can get creative and make make pizza bases, soft wraps, baguettes, cinnie-pinnies (cinnamon scrolls) Get confident in getting crafty in the kitchen and explore some new recipes!

Storage Instructions - Once opened, this product can be stored in the original packaging in a cool and dry place. Can be transferred into an air tight container and stored until best before date. Freezing your bread mix will extend months past the best before date.

Your baked Rustic White loaves are best stored in a breathable bread bag at ambient temperature or can be sliced, sandwich or toast and frozen.

Bread Makers - We bake our Rustic White Bread Mix in the Panasonic SD-R2530 using the gluten free setting. If your bread maker does not have a specific gluten free setting, we recommend that you use the conventional oven method. Nutrition
